10 year anniversary: it’s been a long journey

The students of each grade spent several days practicing and enthusiastically preparing their dances to present. The preschool students excited and got the rest of the students to dance with their “Follow the leader” dance. Justin, also a preschool student, moved the rest of the students with his poem "La Escuela" (The School).

From the youngest to the oldest students enjoyed different dances such as the salsa dance presented by the second grade titled "No le pegue a la negra", the rock and roll dance by fourth graders, hip hop dance by eighth graders and many fun and entertaining dances presented by all grades. After the entertaining and exciting program the entire school community enjoyed a delicious lunch, sweets and time together.

In August the construction of the Centro Educativo CFF was completed. On 23 August the first school building built by the CFF itself was inaugurated. The school comprises six classrooms, a pre-school class, two work rooms, a computer room with connected library, administrative rooms, conference room, dining room and kitchen, storage rooms and a photovoltaic system donated by Greenfinity Foundation.

The opening marked the conclusion of the construction phase of this project. On 3 September the Centro Educativo CFF is starting a four-month trial run of a pre-school class (30 pupils) and a 1st grade (30 pupils) to optimise administrative processes and install the Centro Educativo Child & Family Foundation - Education Programme.
