Let's Do Good Together – An Art Initiative for Kids & Families in Need!

We warmly invite you to be part of a unique charity event! As part of this year’s Opera Ball, we have launched a special initiative to support socially disadvantaged children and families in Austria. Art meets social engagement – and you can actively participate!

A Work of Art with a Powerful Message
Imagine a painting that strikingly portrays the contrasts in our society: on one side, happiness and security; on the other, the challenges that many children and families face every day. This masterpiece was created by renowned artists Mike Kraus and Yve Voermans-Eiserfey, who not only aim to touch hearts but also inspire action.

After a ceremonial unveiling at the Opera Ball, the painting will embark on a special journey: until the end of September, it will be exhibited at various balls and events to reach as many people as possible and raise donations for Austrian families in need. The best part? Everyone who donates has a chance to win this unique artwork! In October, one donor will be randomly selected to receive the painting, personally handed over by the two artists, our chairwoman Heidemarie Kipperer, and our ambassador Volker Piesczek.

This special artwork is the creation of two remarkable artists:
Talented musician, painter, and son of Rock’n’Roll legend Peter Kraus. He has made a name for himself with his art and music and is deeply committed to social causes.
