Supporting a children's home in Poland

Special education and therapeutic play equipment can change lifes

Who is better placed to help the children in the children's home 'Janusz Korczak' than someone who spent their own childhood there? The children's home in Poland used to be an institution for socially-disadvantaged children and today it serves as a care facility for physically- and mentally-disabled children and teenagers

Gratitude & Cooperation

The Lyconet Marketer, Sebastian Kalka, grew up in this children's home. He managed to fight his way out of the social backwater in the long term and to get his life under control. He is very grateful for the support and care which he received there and would like to thank the home for this.  At the same time, he wants to do something for the children and is collecting donations from his entire network for the second time to present to the home supported by the Child & Family Foundation.

Valuable donations

The children's home in Gdańsk used to be an institution for socially-disadvantaged children and today it serves exclusively as a care facility for physically- and mentally-disabled children and teenagers. In order to do this, special education and therapeutic play equipment are urgently required to support the physically- and mentally-disabled children in the home in development of their motor skills, awareness, speech and coordination. These important purchases were made possible by the Child & Family Foundation. The equipment included items such as sensory crawlers, rainbow balls, skateboards, roller skates, and foam training batons. Additionally, monetary donations were presented to the children's home, collected by Sebastian Kalka and his network.
The 43 disabled children and teenagers will benefit immensely from the new equipment and will have a lot of fun with it.

Special thanks goes to Lyconet President, Marcin Binkowski, and his network including Herbert und Anna Teissel, the GMTEAM Rafal Pietruk and the Unique Club, FORFIT Loyalty Merchant und Lechia-Gdańsk-Fan. Without their sense of social commitment and their financial support, this campaign would never have been possible.
