A special gift for special children!

Together with our new project partner "U are Special" and myWorld Austria, we were able to bring joy to children with special needs with a barrier-free standing carousel for the popular Stadtpark in Wiener Neustadt.

The everyday life of impaired children entails many restrictions, especially if they are dependent on a wheelchair. This also applies to public playgrounds, which are usually not sufficiently designed for barrier-free use. This situation was no different at the busy playground in Wiener Neustadt's city park. That's why we teamed up with myWorld Austria to remedy the situation together with the non-profit association "U are special" - in the form of a large barrier-free stand-up carousel that now also allows children in wheelchairs to do their dizzying laps.

We are particularly pleased that we were able to hand over this great gift as part of the celebrations for the 150th anniversary of Stadtpark in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of Wiener Neustadt, Mag. Dr. Rainer Spenger. Of course, the children looked after by "U are special" did not miss the opportunity to inaugurate the new attraction immediately. Beaming with joy, they went around in circles and visibly enjoyed testing the carousel extensively. The effort was more than worth it and the joy in the children's eyes shows us that this gift was exactly the right one.

In our projects, our main focus is on educational support, especially in our school projects. We believe that education is the pathway to empower people to build a better future for themselves.

Continuously supporting schools in their operation is just as well part of our work as is the construction and improvement of school infrastructure. Creating access to a secure educational environment free of charge in poor regions with comparatively high educational costs and inadequate public facilities is our goal.
