Successful discussions and situational analysis allowed the team to plan the Sia Shimbwe Primary School’s renovations.

On 1st March 2019 Creaid/Enjetare and the Child & Family Foundation, two leading NGOs active in Tanzania, signed the contractual agreement on their joint project and submitted the document personally during the CFF Project Managers’ visit to the project location.

Attached to the contracts, was an agreement detailing the existence of a warranty between Creaid and the Director of the school. Both the building permits and an in-depth plan of execution including 3D renderings and a calendar were delivered.

The Creaid architects presented a complete “as-built” analysis, detailing the works to be carried out on the school and aspects of the building which required urgent attention, such as all the classrooms, the kithcen, the toilets and the common rooms. Most of the walls, roofs, floors, kitchen and toilets require urgent renovation.

The construction works are expected to begin in September 2019.

Creating access to a secure educational environment free of charge in poor regions with comparatively high educational costs and inadequate public facilities is our goal.
